1 General Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the bahggo platform (bahggo.onl) and all its services. By accessing bahggo through the website, mobile app, or any other channel, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2 Account Register

3 Bonuses & Promotions

Bahggo regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. All offers are subject to the following general terms:

• Welcome Bonus: A 150% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of BDT 5,000. A minimum deposit of BDT 500 is required to qualify.
• Rollover Requirement: To withdraw bonus funds, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 15–25x). The exact requirement will be stated in each individual offer.
• Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days from the date of issue. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the expiry period has passed.

• Bonus Abuse: If bonus terms are violated or any attempt is made to exploit the system, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

4 Deposits and withdrawals

Bahggo supports multiple payment methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer. The following rules apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit amount: BDT 500. The maximum daily deposit limit varies depending on account type and verification level.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 45 minutes to 3 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Additional documents may be requested for your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit — for example, if you deposited via bKash, the withdrawal will also be processed to bKash.
• Bahggo does not charge any hidden fees. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• In the event of suspicious transactions, bahggo reserves the right to withhold payment until verification is complete.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on bahggo are considered final. Once a bet is submitted, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled unless exceptional circumstances apply.

• Specific rules apply to each sport in cricket, football, and other Sports Betting markets. Please read the relevant rules before placing a bet.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bahggo reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• Bahggo will not be held liable for occasional disconnections during live betting; however, all confirmed bets will be retained.
• Casino games use an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is regularly audited by independent third parties.
• If an abnormal amount is won by exploiting a software bug or glitch, bahggo reserves the right to void such winnings.

6 Prohibited activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bahggo. Any such activity, if detected, will result in permanent account closure:

• Opening or operating more than one account under the same identity
• Attempting to meet bonus conditions through bonus hunting or arbitrage betting strategies
• Conducting transactions through money laundering or illegal funds
• Attempting to hack, phish, or steal another user's account information
• Playing or placing bets using bots or automated software
• Accessing or attempting to access another user's account
• Sending malicious code to bahggo's systems or software

7 Account closure and suspension

Bahggo reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time. Common reasons include:

• Breach of Terms and Conditions
• KYC verification failure or submission of false information
• Suspicious or Fraudulent Activity
• At your own request (self-exclusion)

Before closing your account, bahggo will notify you by email (unless an emergency situation applies). Any valid balance will be returned, though bonus funds are non-refundable.
